POSHGLAMer Jae recently paid a visit to a great friend of his, Jerell Scott, an L.A. based designer, and a Season 5 contestant on Project Runway. He and Jae sat back to recap on the season’s events during L.A. Fashion Week. Jerell was quite the busy fellow, with a runway presentation held at The Museum Of Contemporary Art (MOCA), an art installation at One Take Studios which featured a live performance by Macy Gray and he ended the week with a finale show alongside Project Runway’s Korto Momolu. They conversed on the highlighted moments as well as the raised eyebrows. Jae spoke highly of his admiration of Jerell’s influences from indigineous cultures, with a collection boasting with tribal prints and studded embellishments. Jerell gave Jae a peek at what he is up to next. He says he is gunning for that Hollywood young starlet, not to mention Katy Perry was seen prancing about town in one of his coveted designs recently. It was such a great visit, and everyone at POSHGLAM and fashionistas everywhere are excited to see what Jerell has planned for Fashion Week in 2010. Jerell Scott Designs is currently sold at H. Lorenzo.
