Twist and Shake in The Jean Legging by Joe's
By Samantha
Heidi Klum was recently spotted with her family running errands in some fabulous pants. It didn’t take too long to find out that she was wearing the Jean Legging by Joe’s, a fabulous pant that combines the look of denim with the fabrication of leggings making them comfortable yet chic.
Being a jeans and t-shirt girl myself, there are definitely days that my jeans just don’t fit me right (fat day, anyone?) The answer lies in these denim leggings, which allow you to create the casual, cool look of jeans with the fit of leggings, where you don’t have to worry about feeling fat, because no matter what, these leggings will always do your hips proud.
The Jean Legging is available in 42 different fabrications from blue to black and every pastel you could imagine. The collection includes ripped styles, zippered styles and acid washes alongside classic blues, whites for summer and beige that can easily pass for khaki’s, if you are looking for an alternative.
These fabulous pants range from $82 to $98 and are available at Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. Pair them with a basic tee or sweater, and instantly make them glam with a fabulous pair of heels. However you choose to wear them, you will stay fun and fashionable in these jeggings from running errands to dancing your heart away at the hottest bar in town.

Fall 2010 Heart Truth Red Dress Collection, Jessica Met Reggie Bush
By Jessica
“You gotta have heart.” That was the message at the Fall 2010 Heart Truth Red Dress Collection show, one that I look forward to every season!
The cause is as beautiful as the fashions: to raise awareness about heart disease, the #1 killer of women. Visit www.hearttruth.gov for
more information about the disease and what you can do to help! The fact that celebrities lent their star power to such a noble cause made the night even more positive.
Rewind to the beginning. After rushing to our third row seats right before the show started, my girlfriend and I were pleased to see my crush, Reggie Bush, seated in the front row, literally seconds away. To my friend’s horror and utter dismay, I had to go introduce myself. I mean, I was only singing his praises on POSHGLAM last week.
I went to say Hi and Congratulate him on the huge Superbowl win! I was pleased to discover that Reggie is kind and gracious, the perfect gentleman. He even posed for a picture (see below). All thoughts that I may be closer to that wedding were dashed when I realized he was there to support his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian. (I’m totally kidding! They’re cute together and I’m completely happy for them).
Though Reggie Bush caused quite a stir (someone behind me asked, “Is that 50 Cent?”), once the show started, all eyes were on the celebrity models.
And what a sight to see! Underneath chandeliers and with an adorable red and white set in the background, celebs stormed the catwalk in support of heart disease awareness.
Reality star, Bethenny Frankel, was an adorable, pregnant lady in Isabella Oliver.
Desperate Housewives actress, Felicity Huffman, walked out in Oscar de la Renta and took a moment to hug her husband, who was cheering her on in the front row.
Singer and new jewelry designer, Estelle, worked the catwalk in a lovely Zac Posen gown. Her purple eye make-up, courtesy of celebrity artist, A.J. Crimson, was the perfect accent.
The legendary actress, Joan Collins, walked out to applause in Stephanie Rolland.
Crooner, Jordin Sparks of American Idol fame showed off a svelte figure in a form-fitting Badgley Mischka gown.
The one-and-only Kim Kardashian was a radiant beauty in a Marchesa gown that showed off her famous curves. She worked it on the runway, stopping long enough to blow a kiss to Reggie in the front row.
Kimora Lee stormed the catwalk in a short, embellished dress from her new line, Kouture by Kimora.
Raven-Symone was the ultimate runway diva in Tadashi Shoji, even kicking off her shoes before making a dramatic exit to backstage.
The lovely actress, Regina King, sashayed down the runway in a one-shoulder Tracy Reese dress to to Alicia Keys’ “Put it in a Love Song.”
Newscaster, Robin Roberts walked out to thunderous applause in a J.Crew Collection gown that highlighted her toned upper body.
Heart Truth Red Dress Collection fixture, Heidi Klum, stole the show in a gorgeous John Galliano gown. She’s even more beautiful in person!
After the runway show, I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Verdi and Micah Jesse, whose blog made our Top 25 list last year. I even got to see Wendy Williams, my favorite radio jock turned TV show host. The fun-filled fashion show was the perfect end to Day 1 of Fashion Week. Stay tuned for more insider coverage.

Heidi Klum Gets Immortalized in Roberto Cavalli
By Jessica
Of all the celebrities immortalized in wax figures at Madame Tussaud’s, Heidi Klum’s replica is the most dead-on. With her mile-long legs and flawless smile, the Victoria’s Secret supermodel and Project Runway host always seemed more like a perfect doll than a mere mortal anyway.
In a photo opp that had the world seeing double, the German mother of four unveiled her wax figure this week in Berlin. Even Klum agreed there was an uncanny resemblance between human Heidi, decked out in a glittering stretch sequin dress from Roberto Cavalli’s Spring 2010 line, and her wax counterpart in a silver mini with a plunging neckline. “’It is a pretty good likeness but it’s pretty strange to look yourself in the eyes,” said Klum of the wax figure, which was made by a team of ten people and cost £175,000 to create.
While the wax figure is adorned with a silver choker, the real Heidi chose monochromatic tights and heels to complement her Roberto Cavalli v-neck minidress. More images from the unveiling of Heidi Klum’s wax figure below. To view the entire Spring 2010 line, visit Roberto Cavalli.

Edward Beiner: Fun In The Sun
By Samantha
Since the 1980s, Edward Beiner has created eyewear coveted by some of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities from Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum to Alicia Keys and Lindsay Lohan. Beiner creates both regular and prescription shades, constantly offering something new and timeless to his famous clientele. The sunnies are classic yet possess a “cool” vibe that has everyone raving. The stylish shades are a hit among those fortunate enough to live in sunny South Florida, where the designer has seven locations.
Beiner knows that great sunglasses can’t just be chic, they also have to be practical and useful. He uses Eye Point Technology which stimulates the human eye and recreates perfect vision, meaning that only the most technologically-advanced lenses are used in his products.
Living in Miami, Beiner draws inspiration from the sunny skies that frequent Florida. Being a Brazilian native, the sun is no stranger to the designer. In a time when people were solely wearing sunglasses for corrective reasons, Beiner capitalized on their accessorizing capabilities and made his glasses fashion staples. The designer works with only the most skilled factories and artisans and the best materials in creating his dramatic, yet totally wearable eyewear. Upon looking at the collection, you can immediately draw in the Miami Art Deco lifestyle paired with classic elegance.
In a rough economy, Beiner’s collection is consistently growing, thanks to his true passion and niche in the eyewear industry. His stores offer his own collection alongside the likes of Chanel, Chrome Hearts and Cartier. It may still be winter, but Edward Beiner is making us long for the summer sun.

A new age of angels
By Zoe

Yummy new mummy Heidi Klum graced the catwalk last Thursday at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City for the much sought out Victoria’s Secret show. Klum, who gave birth to a daughter six weeks ago, emerged from the massive, castle-like set wearing a purple corset covered with poufs of tulle.
Uber models Emanuela de Paula, Chanel Iman, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lindsay Ellingson and Candice Swanepoel ushered in a new age of sexy intimates as the newest VS angels.
The show wasn’t short of theatrical with acrobatic dancers, a choir and giant polka-dot dog balloon. Victoria’s Secret is also hosting an online model search that will be chosen by the public. The winner will make an appearance on the televised version of the show slated to air on CBS Tuesday, December 1.
VS outfits broke into four themes– Star Trooper with body armor and breast plates and; hippie happy Pink Planet, Enchanted Forest and Romantic Journey, with a lot of lace. The show also focused on blingy jewels, faux fur and Thigh-high boots.
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl Marissa Miller donned the $3 million, diamond-encrusted bra that Klum normally wears. The Black Eyed Peas performed that night and Fergie wore a black, jeweled bodysuit. She did a change into a green corset gown later that evening.

Shoe-la-la
By Michelle
Italian shoes, Italian ice cream, Italian men— is everything made better in Italy? We are positive about the shoes, as for the others we’ll have to get back to you. Italian made shoes René Caovilla began at the beginning of the 20th century by Edoardo Caovilla. Although Caovilla was the first to attempt combining handcraft with couture, it was his son René Fernando who cemented the concept in later years and the thing to set them apart from other fine shoe makers.
As the decades rolled on René Caovilla would turn popular among fashion icons and even forge a link between art and fashion and soon became known for creating evening shoes elegantly bejeweled. Styles over the years may have changed, but the delicate feminine look and ability to add sexy to anything you wear has never waivered. Seen on the likes of Mrs. Tom Cruise (aka Katie Holmes), Uma Thurman and Heidi Klum, a pair of these shoes is certain to kick your star status up a notch. Prices range from $1050 to $1080, to shop please visit renecaovilla-usa.com
