From L.A. to London with love|Vintage 1
By Kaz Longe

A new denim brand promising to be the next big thing to come out of L.A., has just hit Harrods store in London. The new brand looks set to take you on a whirlwind ride in its signature ’skinny motorcycle jean’ as seen on Rihanna.
Vintage 1 is a ladies denim collection that is all about motorcycle chic. Philippe Naouri- the denim genius who has recently been linked to big brands such as Replay, Diesel, G-Star and Levis – is the brain behind this new label. Perhaps the most appealing benefit of owning a Vintage 1 jean, is the fact that they have successfully turned the basic jeans into a fashion statement. Their basic plain or distressed look got many fashion lovers going crazy for them as proven when they sold out of stores in only a couple of weeks. The brand is already gaining a celebrity cult in Cameron Diaz, Dannii Minogue, Anna Friel and even super stylist – Rachel Zoe.
The aim of the Vintage 1 brand is to capture the attention of the fashionista that craves individuality. Naouri’s goal is to create a line of edgy, everyday clothing for the fashion forward man and woman. To bag yourself a plain or distressed pair, they are available at Harrods but if you are unable to make it down there, you can order online from Havetolove.com

QVC gets styled head to Zoe
By Zoe
Rachel Zoe isn’t just a mover and shaker to dress up all the celebs for the red carpets in L.A.; she’s also designs a recession proof and trendy line for QVC. She even takes time (from the looks of it a lot of time) to get personal and blog to her customers where she provides feedback on posts.
Zoe’s line is daring but not out there, teetering on being sometimes being overtly trendy. Take notice of her animal print scarves, blingy champagne rings, faux fur vests and python hobos. She’s also made some comfy fall grab-its like a pretty sequin stretch knit beret.
There’s no doubt she’s an accomplished designer that could cater to fashion mag aficionados on more modest budget. I’m sure she’ll do brilliant. But the other question remains, would you want to dress like Zoe?
Her Spring 2010 collection is in production, so stay tuned.

Rachel Zoe loves Eryn Brinié
By Zoe

If you’ve ever wondered why celebs like Lindsey Lohan, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie and Keira Knightly all look so absolutely stunning, point to wardrobist extraordinaire Rachel Zoe. Amongst the many beautiful faces she’s styled, Zoe, who goes by the nickname Lettuce Cup, is also host to a not so little TV show on Bravo aptly named The Rachel Zoe Project.
The new season started last week choc a bloc with serious fab fashion finds and all the histrionics that go along with her closet. We POSHGLAM girls love the new Eryn Brinié jacket she’s wearing this fall, which goes on sale tomorrow at their flagship boutique in New York City. For only $155, the jacket fuses a classic and architecturally modern look in a plush bluish grey. Just yummy for fall.
Eryn Brinié is located at 501 Broadway, www.erynbrinie.com.
If you happen to be in Meatpacking Disttrict, Canadian coat designer Mackage is launching a temporary boutique with all their creamy leather finds and luxe wools at 829 Washington Street. Better hurry, they’re only there for September.
