POSHGLAM's Best Dressed at The People's Choice Awards
By Samantha
The 2010 People’s Choice Awards just ended, and the fashion’s were as fabulous as the event. From cocktail attire to ballgowns, sexy to conservative, starlets made a glamorous statement.
Country-cutie Taylor Swift was the picture of perfection in her “winter white” ensemble, with just enough shimmer in her Jenny Packham dress, Neil Lane earrings and bracelet, Odette ring and Christian Louboutin pumps.
Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger wowed the crowd in her curve hugging David Meister dress and Loree Rodkin jewels.
The other country darling Carrie Underwood went for a more edgy look, and it was definitely a winning one. The singer paired her stunning Christian Cota frock with Rock and Republic “Paulina” heels, a Lauren Merkin clutch and jewelry by Johnathan Arndt.
Always classic and chic, Taraji P. Henson did not disappoint in her vintage-inspired Alberta Ferretti gown and dazzling, ornate jewelry.
Young Disney sensation Demi Lovato looked age appropriate, and absolutely charming in her Jenny Packham dress, Rene Caovilla dress and clutch and Carrera y Carrera and Le Vian baubles.
We have to give major credit to fashion maven Diane Kruger. The actress paired her Herve Leger number with accessories from none other than H&M, a recessionista after our own hearts.
Kate Walsh was glittering perfection from head to toe in her Sarni Vintage Dress from Decades (that she picked up earlier that day) and some pretty fierce Casadei Signature Triple Platform Pumps.
Fashion chameleon Olivia Wilde tried out a new look in her Monique Lhullier dress and Fleurette jewels, and I am definitely a fan.
A-list movie star Nicole Kidman sat by her man and looked charming, elegant and edgy in her L’Wren Scott pant-suit, Jimmy Choo heels and her own jewelry. And a quick shout-out has to be given to classic comedian
Cloris Leachman, who showed up smiling in style despite her injury. Love! So many celebrities graced the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards, and these are POSHGLAM’s favorite looks from the night. But the month of awards shows has just begun, so stay tuned for more glamorous fashion.

Steal Taylor Swift’s Style Without Breaking The Bank
By Samantha

Taylor Swift is the latest celebrity to add shine to her style with Guy and Eva jewelry, a line that focuses on glamorous, well-made pieces that don’t give your wallet a heart attack. The country music darling recently wore Guy and Eva’s “Gabrielle” hoop earrings, which retail for $29 while out and about in London. And one thing is for sure, those earrings do not look cheap, but the price points are definitely friendly, and allows all shoppers to get the celebrity look. Other fans of the line include Paris Hilton, Aisha Tyler, Taylor Momsen and Ashley Green, to name a few.
Guy and Eva started out as an extremely reasonably priced, high-quality jewelry line being sold in boutiques nationwide. As the demand grew, the company has changed its retail approach. Now, one of the largest ways that the line is distributed is through advisors who can create their own independent business selling the line, working directly with Guy and Eva. Also, people have the opportunity to host shopping parties with the line, and with this get the chance to make an income from a percentage of their sales. Guy and Eva works directly with their consumers, allowing them to own a piece of the company, and create their own business alongside it.

Taylor Swift is not only rocking fantastic jewelry, but she was also recently seen wearing Qi Cashmere’s Fly Robin Fly Tunic while out and about in New York and on her recent “Saturday Night Live” stint. Qi is a contemporary knitwear line that focuses on form, femininity and modernity in each design. They have cornered the knitwear market, and remain ahead of the trends, creating wearable pieces with just enough edge to make them pop. From dresses to sweaters and beyond make them an easy favorite for the hottest celebrities. Other fans of Qi include Taylor Momsen, Rihanna, Emily VanCamp and Emmanuelle Chriqui.
Qi is having their first ever Black Friday sale which is starting now and will last through December 2nd, allowing shoppers to pick up celebrity looks for 40 percent off (regularly priced merchandise only) with the code “QISTORE40″.
