The Latest Scent for Ladies: SJP NYC

Perfumes are up and coming for 2010 and one to watch for is Sarah Jessica Parker’s SJP NYC. Diving into the fruity floral realm, SJP NYC contains top notes of Italian mandarin, white osmanthus and wild red strawberries. For Parker this scent is a bit different from her previous picks (Lovely and Covet). She states, “It’s unusual for me because this fragrance is surprisingly floral, which I keep thinking I am not sophisticated or mature enough for.”

The new range includes three sizes of eau de toilette, a body lotion and some exciting surprises (a bracelet with solid perfume), at price points from $25 to $49. The packaging is supposedly very “Bradshaw-like” portraying her adoration of fashion with her fully-jammed closet of clothes. As Parker is working on the “Sex and the City” sequel (due in May) this perfume is slated to correspond with movie premiers, promotions and in-store meetings according to Coty Prestige, the company heading up SJP NYC.

For now sit tight and await the details of the February 2010 launch of SJP NYC at Macy’s and the next SATC movie.
